Invite companies (Indian & German) for Presentions:
To capture any market (foreign & local) we should go step by step and according to host country business and work culture. Our Indo-German Business Network pushes business according to local needs. We request Indian company to create awareness for their Indian high quality product into German market and similar policy we have for German company to enter Indian market to push German products into Indian market.
To start with basics we allow company to use our Indo-German Business Network as platform for entry into new German or Indian market by hosting events in Munich, Germany.
We allow two or more company to do presentations and invitation is sent to experts from Industry, media, PR, diplomats, different Ministries and local Chamber of commerce and local trade fair in host countries (India & Germany) Currently we are sending email invitation to more than 10000 experts/companies in India and in Germany.
We play as a bridge or catalyst in this promotion work. We think if we create awareness for any product from country A to country B we would be able to create more long term business and more employment will absorb people for long term development not only in country A but in country B too. It is this business relation which brings two or more nations cultures closer. Peace will be a side effect as well. Above all good long term business create stability for all as well.
Courage to go for any unknown market is needed and during our event not only we create awareness for your company products/service but participants give their practical experience as input to learn how to enter particular market. Certainly time to time some experts do advise which things we should avoid before entering the market. It is kind of knowledge sharing as well.

    How it works:

You send your company profile and name of expert who does the presentation.
Your target in host country is important for us which helps us to bring you to the right expert. This service will be given only if requested. Terms and conditions the company has to work out with them only.
Duration for each presentation should be between 10 to 15 minutes only. This time duration includes Question & Answer from the participants if requested.
Cost of location for events will be shared by the companies doing presentation and will have to be worked out well in advance (3 months in advance). Short term event hosting creates less professional touch and extra cost for all. All requirements from the host company should be in written and worked out well in advance!
Each participant (including us!) pays for buffet which depends on location and catering firm charges. Each participant gets registered and after confirmation he/she is supposed to deposit the buffet cost within 5 working days. There will be no refund if cancel participation 5 working days before the event. There is always upper limit for registered participants depends on size/scale of the event.
There will be no refund from Event location organization. If yes we will certainly inform you their terms and conditions. Security deposit will be given back by the event location and should be shared by company/companies doing presentations.
We are for long term and fair game and expect from others the same.
Business delegations terms and conditions should be worked out 6 months in advance.
There should be smooth coordination between presentation company, event location, catering and us to keep less work burden and low cost!!!
WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY MONEY FOR OUR THIS SERVICE! IT IS JUST THE COST WHICH OTHERS CHARGE US! INDO-GERMAN BUSINESS NETWORK ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE IS FREE!

There is some news in media that Hindi will be taught at school in Australia. I as founder of Indo-German Business Network http://www.indogerman-trade.com telling this to each German when going to work in India learn Hindi or other regional language. Marwari and Gujrati doing good business in Kolkatta speak Bengali and adopted local work culture. Indians focus to create India House in a foreign country where people can learn local Indian language and business meeting for free. Secondly they should focus to export own products in other countries and not limit themself to Indian dances and Indian temples and Yoga only! We hardly find “made in India products” in German main market where as German and Chinese products are full in Indian market. We cannot blame them. We should focus to market Indian high end products into Europe.

to get more investment South Asia should join hands with other nations and boost own exports to create more jobs.
IT experts hired by others will not solve real problems of the country
